Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 cup soy milk (or any veggie milk)
- 1/3 cup quick oats soaked overnight in 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon LSA
- 3 ice cubes (optional)
