Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup soy milk (or any veggie milk)
  • 1/3 cup quick oats soaked overnight in 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon LSA
  • 3 ice cubes (optional)

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
